What are the delivery guidelines? We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received.
Orders made on a Saturday will only be shipped on Monday. We provide both local and international shipping.
* What is the cost for delivery within Malaysia? For any purchases (in one order) less than RM150, the delivery charges would be as follows; SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA: RM6 SABAH/SARAWAK: RM9 We provide FREE SHIPPING for purchases above RM150 (in one order) within Malaysia.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers once products are shipped.
What are the international delivery costs and methods? Here at beautybrowse.my, we ship to our customers worldwide. All international orders are shipped using the official Malaysian mail provider - Pos Laju. Pos Laju is a postal service that requires 2-3 weeks to deliver goods to international locations worldwide and will require signature as prove of delivery to our customers upon receiving the ordered products. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows: Brunei: Poslaju (Express Shipping) RM70. Indonesia: Malaysia Registered Mail RM40 | Poslaju (Express Shipping) RM70. Singapore: Malaysia Registered Mail RM20 | Poslaju (Express Shipping) RM60.
Will I be charged customs and import charges? Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcels. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. RETURN POLICY At tudung.my, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases!
1. Should there be any reasons for you to feel dissatisfied regarding your purchases (for example if there are any defects with the material), or we have mistakenly sent the wrong items to you, you may return it to us provided that it is still not worn, not washed, not amended, not ironed, and ALL TAGS ARE STILL IN A GOOD STATE. All returns must be done within 7 days from the day you received the goods.
2. Please be informed that we are not obligated to return your payment made through iPay88 and PayPal, if your order failed to be accepted by our system. This problem may occur due to some technical errors or glitch in their system and we are not liable for it.
However, if this situation occurs, we have a few other options based on our discretion as stated below:
a) You may re-order the same ordered items.
b) You may re-order different items that have the same price as your first intended buy.
